Surgical Excellence

Surgeries commonly completed at AcuteVet:

A blue line drawing of a sewing machine needle and presser foot. The needle is angled downward toward a flat surface marked with evenly spaced lines, representing the stitch plate. Much like a vet's precision in surgery, the detailed lines evoke meticulous care and accuracy.

Laceration Repair

Blue, simplified line drawing of a human bladder, featuring the kidney's ureters entering at the top and the urethra exiting at the bottom, often referenced by veterinarians for comparative anatomy studies.

Cystotomy

A blue line drawing of a human uterus, showing fallopian tubes and ovaries, resembles a pair of horns with circular ends connected to a central, elongated structure that slightly widens at its top. The design is reminiscent of anatomical charts often studied by aspiring vets.

Pyometra

A blue, simplified line drawing of the human digestive system, focusing on the intestines, resembles a veterinarian's anatomical sketch. The large intestine is outlined in a thick bold line wrapping around the central small intestine depicted with thinner, more intricate lines.

GI Obstruction surgery

C-Section

A blue outlined icon depicting a bladder with urine inside, indicated by a wavy line and small dots. An arrow pointing downward is shown above the contents, likely indicating urine flow or pressure within the bladder—ideal for veterinarian educational materials.

Urinary Obstruction

WE ARE NOT A 24/7 CRITICAL CARE HOSPITAL. If your pet requires more intensive or extended critical care than we are able to provide at the time, we will examine your pet and perform stabilization treatment. We will then provide options for transfer to a Critical Care Hospital for continued monitoring and treatment. Emergency Pet Care Notice
  • Overnight hospitalization and monitoring for non-critical patients.
